Tabata is the ultimate in fat buring but it is not for the faint of heart. Tabata may be short but it is brutal. Grab a towel and follow along with me. Today's Tabata uses a kettlebell. Tabata Thursday
Tabata is excellent for fat loss. It only takes 4 minutes and its super brutal. The idea is you go as hard as you can for 20 seconds then you rest for 10 seconds. Repeat this 8 total times. Grab a towel and some water and follow along with me. Yes you hear me say I hate tabata in the video. It's a bitch but fantastic at burning fat. NO equipment needed other then your body weight.
