Do in a circuit 4 times through 10 reps per exercise
Make sure to warm up.

Today was Biceps and triceps for me. I did throw in some speed rope drills to practice more and added in a few ab exercises in the mix as well. It might be frosty outside but it was HOT HOT HOT in the Gym today. I love Sundays at the Gym. The place is always dead. It's the best day to workout in my opinion. I had the Gym all to myself almost the whole time I was there today. Today was Back day. It's my favorite body part to train. I always feel so strong and beastly on Back day. So last night was a little ruff. I got home from the gym training Clients around 6PM only to find I had no power in the house. Little did I know that it went out at 5:30. I had the pleasure of being one of 15 people who did not have power in Va Beach last night. Fast forward 15 hours latter and power is finally restored. As you all I know I love to lift weights and I love to Speed rope. Speed rope beat boring ass cardio any day of the weak. I have been practicing a lot and I am really starting to get good. Today I tried out a new move called the Traveling Alternate foot step Bounce step combo. I mixed it in among my weight training.
