It might be frosty outside but it was HOT HOT HOT in the Gym today. I love Sundays at the Gym. The place is always dead. It's the best day to workout in my opinion. I had the Gym all to myself almost the whole time I was there today. Today was Back day. It's my favorite body part to train. I always feel so strong and beastly on Back day. So last night was a little ruff. I got home from the gym training Clients around 6PM only to find I had no power in the house. Little did I know that it went out at 5:30.
