​Fitness training has been proven to prevent disease, strengthen your health and improve your confidence and outlook on life. As a certified fitness trainer, I'm deeply trained in everything from muscle mechanics to flexibility and cardiovascular dynamics. So if you want to live a stronger and more confident life I've got the training and the expertise to help you every step of the way.
Gaining strength and muscle mass has many benefits. The more muscle you have, the more calories your body burns throughout the day, the less likely you are to getting hurt while participating in athletic activities and best of all, the better you look. Weight training three times a week is a great idea. Working with ME on those days is even better. I use the National Academy of Sports Medicine's OPT model to get the most out of each session. There are several stages of training that need to be used in order to obtain your maximal strength. Endurance, stability, strength endurance and hypertrophy training in the proper order will produce results. Just going to the gym and lifting weights will help but will not produce the results that an organized, proven method for muscle production will. Don't spin your wheels.
