Tabata Thursday
Tabata is excellent for fat loss. It only takes 4 minutes and its super brutal. The idea is you go as hard as you can for 20 seconds then you rest for 10 seconds. Repeat this 8 total times.
Grab a towel and some water and follow along with me. Yes you hear me say I hate tabata in the video. It's a bitch but fantastic at burning fat. NO equipment needed other then your body weight. 4 minutes total. This is how you tabata 20s work 10s rest x 8 rounds.
Exercise break down
Pop squats
Touch the floor
Cross body crunch right and left
Go as hard as you can for the 20s. My heart rate got up to 160
