Gettin Fit with JEnn Chocolate Protein Pancake

Ingredients 1/4 cup rolled oats 1/4 cup protein powder 1/2 cup liquid egg whites 1/8 cup cottage cheese no fat 1 TBSP coco powder 1/4 cup almond milk

1/2 tsp baking soda

Direcections

1. Blend everything together in a Blender.

2. Heat up your pan until it's hot. Once Pan is hot turn it down to Medium so you won't burn your pancake.

3. Spray pan with cooking spray. Poor in Pancake batter and cook on one side until you see bubbles. Flip pancake and cook on other side.

4. Eat and Enjoy
