Gettin Fit with Jenn Shoulders, Abs and Booty Tabata

It was a glorious day here in Virginia Beach. After running lots of errands and getting ready for a major Bathroom remodel I took my frustration to the Gym. As usual on a Saturday afternoon I had the place to myself. I thought I would film a little Workout for you today.

Today's workout is a Shoulder, abs, and Booty Tabata.

This is how you Tabata

20 second of work, followed by 10 seconds of rest, and you repeat for 8 times.

Exercises are as follows.

1. Squat to side leg sweep right and left 2. Cross body punches with Dumbbells 3. 180 degree shoulder fly to standing side crunch left and Right.

Keep repeating the exercises until the Tabata is finished
