A perfect way to cool off on a hot summer day

Chocolate chia smoothie

I could go for this right about now 😍

Recipe:

  • 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk

  • 1/3 frozen banana

  • 1 scoop Chocolate Vegan Shakeology or Regular Chocolate Shakeology

  • 1 ½ TBL cocoa powder

  • 1 tsp. vanilla

  • 1 TBL chia seeds

  • 1 TBL ground flax

  • 1-2 drops liquid stevia

  • Ice

  • Blend and enjoy!
