Almond Joy Protein Bars
(Gluten Free, Paleo, Dairy Free, Low Carb)
Makes 16 servings
1 cup of almond meal
1/8 cup of coconut flour
4 scoops of Vanilla Protein Powder
5 servings of liquid egg whites
3.5 TBSP of Dark chocolate Cocoa Powder
1 cup of unsweetened Apple
1/4 tsp of Salt
1 tsp of vanilla extract
1/4 tsp of coconut extract
1/2 tsp of Baking Powder
1/2 Cup of stevia in the raw
Preheat oven to 350.
Mix wet ingredients together.
Mix dry ingredients together.
Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients.
Spray pan with coconut oil spray.
Pour batter in pan
Bake for 25 minutes or until done.
