Coconut Cream Pie Protein Bars

(Gluten Free, Paleo, Dairy Free, Low Carb)

Makes 16 servings

Ingriedients

  • 3/4 cup of almond meal

  • 1/4 cup of coconut flour

  • 4 scoops of Vanilla Protein Powder

  • 5 servings of liquid egg whites

  • 1 cup of unsweetened cashew milk

  • 1/4 tsp of Salt

  • 1 tsp of coconut cream pie flavoring

  • 1/4 tsp of coconut extract

  • 1/2 tsp of Baking Powder

  • 1/2 Cup of stevia in the raw

  • 1/4 Cup of coconut flakes for top (optional)

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 350.

  • Mix wet ingredients together.

  • Mix dry ingredients together.

  • Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients.

  • Spray pan with coconut oil spray.

  • Pour batter in pan

  • Top with Coconut flakes.

  • Bake for 25 minutes or until done.
