So last night was a little ruff. I got home from the gym training Clients around 6PM only to find I had no power in the house. Little did I know that it went out at 5:30. Tabata is excellent for fat loss. It only takes 4 minutes and its super brutal. The idea is you go as hard as you can for 20 seconds then you rest for 10 seconds. Repeat this 8 total times. Grab a towel and some water and follow along with me. Yes you hear me say I hate tabata in the video. It's a bitch but fantastic at burning fat. NO equipment needed other then your body weight.
